Herds of game roaming the plains include Black Wildebeest, Springbuck, Blesbuck, Oryx, Eland , Gemsbuck, Red Hartebeest, Waterbuck, Letchwe, Impala, Fallow deer, Ostrich, Duiker, Steenbok, Zebra, Warthog, Porcupine, Black Backed Jackal, Silver Jackals, Caracal, Serval, Meercat and ground squirrel, to name a few. The Reserve was declared a Natural Heritage Site due to the indigenous Bamboo that grows in the area. Experience the view from Virsierskerf (2,407m), Sekonjella’s Hoed or the Pyramid during our epic hikes or on horseback with our sure-footed horses.
