Your wrong sound is rank b you could dodge every move easily wind is rank b+ you can spam dodge everywhere and wind users wont hit you cuz they dont have long range attacks only one, i would simply put mist rank s tier bc the defense would help u survive longer but the only thing that can counter moon himself and 2-3 snake users is enough t defeat moon awaken user itself or 3 obi users
