I think Virgos have attacks of worry and anxiety because they are out of touch with their emotions or chose not to acknowledge or value them enough. We are emotional creatures; you can deal with them practically but it is important to allow yourself to feel them with acceptance. Just a suggestion from a moon in Pisces person :-)

Angela, you said "we are emotional creatures." Are you referring to yourself as a Moon in Pisces? I have the Moon in Virgo. I do feel emotional but I have some Chiron and Saturn Pisces shite going on. 🤣 However, looking strictly at what the Moon represents and what Virgo represents, all earth sign placement in the Moon in and of themselves are not emotional in the classic sense of the word. I do agree with you that if a person intellectualizes their emotions, they just get sublimated, which can lead to them coming out as generalized anxiety.

I didn't mean "being emotional" or dramatic... what I meant was perhaps just allowing one's self to feel it in the heart and not always in the head; that's all I meant. I have been surrounded with Virgos and now I am in a relationship with a man who has moon, mars and mercury in Virgo! lol He is wonderful and expresses his love by all those little practical things which I greatly appreciate... however when it comes to verbalising his tender feelings or even sadness, he doesn't find it easy to do and just seems to revert back into the head instead of just feeling it and letting it wash through him... but luckily for him, I understand this and accept that its his process. I have my Virgo moon in the 8th house square my Pluto. And sun in Sagittarius 12th house conjunct mercury retrograde. Then I have a Capricorn rising , Neptune 29 degrees Capricorn conjunct Aquarius Venus mars uranus. And then I have Jupiter also in Aquarius. Saturn in Aries. And I can definitely say we are emotional signs, I think the emotional trigger or fear comes from something we’ve really disconnected ourselves from which is why when someone says Virgo moon is emotional we all feel like that’s not true. But I think it might be that our emotions sometimes occur beneath the surface, even below our own perception. But everyone’s different

I can definitely rationalize them but when you get hurt to the core.. it brings it out. So that pisces moon is on to something. Sometimes our opposite signs can give us the wisdom and answer we need to hear . Even for moon signs.

You hit the nail on the head with this. I am sag with this moon and it took me a long time to accept and integrate the shadow aspect of virgo. Sag is out going and people think I’m a typical sag but my moon keeps me from being the “typical sag” attitude. Thank you this video.

You are spot on! I am a perfectionist. It drives everyone crazy including myself. I double, triple check everything I do. My mum DID nothing but criticise me. I am reserved, and shy away from the public eye so as not to be noticed, and therefore judged. But, because I’m a sun, Venus, and mars in Scorpio, I am very compassionate and when someone cries or discloses hurt or trauma to me, I merge with their feelings and cry with them, or get angry with them etc. I’ve never given advise unless asked. I also can handle criticism which I find most people can’t. I feel that there aren’t many people who offer the same depth of compassion as I do. Yet when I need it, I can’t find it, so I find myself being my own psychologist and being the only one who can offer me genuine compassion. I am at my best when I’m of service to others, and do see faults where I should be more lenient. I really need to work on my deep feelings of inadequacy and put myself out there more. No, you mentioned having both Aries Sun and Rising. I was wondering if your Sun is in the first or 12th house. If it's in the 12th, that explains the shy attitude. Even with Virgo Moon, anyone with a lot of Aries should be very loud and aggressive...unless they have lots of 12th house activity. So if your Ascendant is in a later degree than the Sun (most likely since you're on the cusp with Pisces), then your Sun and maybe other inner planets are in the 12th. That makes you very retiring.

My dad told me before he died of cancer that I seemed like I didn't care enough about him or wasn't being compassionate enough. I have a Virgo/Libra Cusper sun and Virgo moon. My dad was a Taurus. It hurt me some when he said that but I reassured him that I did care..I just did a lot for him in other ways. Like you said trying to fix him...or doing errands for him or taking him to appointments etc.

I was my moms caregiver and she told me one time to put my phone away. I was the logical get her to get appointments, stay with her during hospital stays, run errands....break down at home or where she couldn't see me do it. I tried to keep her informed of everything down to the detail. So I'd be scouring the internet but in doing that i was also trying to rationalize what was going on. Her end of life which sometimes can't be rationalized because a lot of spiritual things happen... I was scared and grief stricken. I'm a Virgo moon and I was trying to grasp at anything. For so many years i have questioned myself about why am i acting like this, or why do i have the tendency to eat as healthy as possible? I don't know which houses they are in--like I can think of someone with a 12-house Cancer Sun feeling prone to victimization, even though that isn't really true. If you think about it, there are definite things you can alter in your own behavior to lessen the likelihood of that. You are not doomed:) It is about setting boundaries and sticking to them. You have the right to happiness! You are not here to do for others what they can and must do for themselves.

Yes, Virgo moon here (Aries sun, Sag rising). Not being good/competent enough, especially in the emotional realm, is one of my biggest challenges to face. Every now and then I have noticed myself getting intimidated and/or envious of women who seem to have this universal motherly divine sexy persona. Of course, I have experienced this great feeling myself, but not as often as I have felt like a cutesy child who is oblivious to the reality of the world, which causes me to feel as if I'm playing a silly game of pretend. An analogy might be of sitting at the "kids table" at a big family dinner and being blatantly excluded from the "adult's table" due to the nature and topic of the conversations. That is a very painful feeling to experience, especially if you're the kind of "kid" who understands, learns from, and desperately wants to be included in the adult conversations because you can't connect to the conversations at the kids table. On the other side of this "inferior" feeling is the great feeling observed above. One thing I have learned from my mentors so far (for Virgo moons I definitely recommend Teal Swan - for her articulate speaking style and practical improvement methods) is that lovingly carrying this feeling of inferiority with you, like a backpack, may help to ease the painful feeling. Easier said than done, especially in the moment. But as these situations of naivete and feeling silly arise, I am getting faster at remembering to be present for and care for the part of myself that feels inferior instead of pushing it away or trying to focus on "positivity." How's that for a Virgo moon analysis ;) Thanks for the video!

Nice to meet you! My romantic relationships often start quickly, are very rollercoaster-like (on my end mostly) because of indecision about me and my partner's compatibility. regarding this small part.. i think it's the best to actually show sympathy and validate others' feelings, i mean there are people whose emotions are wired differently, they don't always "need" advice, they just want to know there is someone who truly cares and willing to sit and listen and give them the time where they can vent and take it all out off their chest, when emotions are weighing heavy that's all you're gonna need to feel better! then they can go and fix wtv went wrong on their own, this doesn't mean they never ask for advice, sure they do! when they need to, but that's simply not the thing they need constantly, it might make them feel worse and remind them that they're getting too emotional and that it's considered sorta pathetic for some people, that's how they perceive it, so they need to feel safe, they need to make sure every single time that the person they're with never will see them like this or even thinks so of them behind their back, they need to feel believed in, that's what they need.

Yes, of course. It's just that the Moon in Virgo instinctively responds to life from a position of "What is productive?" So while I can agree with you, it doesn't change the attitude of this placement. Having it myself, I can't be that touchy-feely person the way some people are really good at being for others. lemurian chick - I have a lot of sensitivity being a cancer sun as well and Virgo moon (in my first house as well) and Virgo rising. I struggle with intimacy and feel like a blunt object with my words sometimes (and I can work on this more now that I know) and I know I also really value delicate and caring delivery because I’m a sensitive type. I love my attention to detail - but I can see how it comes off as negative to both myself and others... I’m oddly shy to my surprise, and yet a very outgoing person when it comes to work, but generally spend most of my time alone in my free time and this does confuse me and yet feels necessary somehow. I do like everything to be labeled under an appropriate task or project. I had a mom that would correct me on everything I did without teaching me in the first place and therefore have formed anxieties and resistance to everyday chores and tasks. It sucks. But we all have our struggles ❤️ lemurianchick I would love to hear your thoughts - I have found validation and clarity through my natal chart and thank you for creating this video. I hear now that perfectionism is my biggest flaw and keeps me from experimenting more often than not and is something to work on... imperfectly! And I have been working on valuing imperfection.

You know what though, Anna? Virgo and Aquarius are both detached and if you are dealing with people who love drama, chance are you are not going to sit in their sh*t and marinate with them. So they may not get that payoff about being the victim because you are too busy trying to find a productive solution. I still maintain (as part of the Virgo Moon club) that this is better than telling someone that implies they are a victim. It's not empowering to be in that place.

Hey Stefan, I just did a video where I mentioned that I believe that Cancer men (and other Water sign men) can be quite "macho" even though water signs are feminine signs. This is because they tend to be more traditional so men are conditioned not to show their emotions. Your girlfriend has an Aries Moon (you say you argue a lot) so 'nuff said. 🤣 Aries Moon is very volatile plus it clashes with your Cancer Sun--forms a square. She has a lot of Fire so she quite passionate and will be very in your face about stuff. Not the typical Cancer for sure!

What is your Sun sign, Cin? Please don't sweat it! You sound very conscientious. As a Virgo Moon myself, I would say to allow her to be introverted if that is how she rolls. Sometimes parents try to force their kids to be something they are not personality-wise, based on their own ideas of what it means to socialize. Moon in Virgo is very self-critical but it doesn't have to mean that they have to be over-praised. As someone without kids, I have always find it irritating when parents say "Good job!" every time their kid does every little thing. Sorry if you do that yourself. 😂 I just feel that there can be too much praise given on the other side and that creates a child who is dependent on praise or feedback whenever they do something. That's not how life works. Sometimes your actions do not get noticed and you have to be able to be okay with that. I have a lot of early childhood education courses under my belt and one thing I retained was to say something specific about the child's actions versus a generic "good job." So something like: "I like the colors you chose in your painting. They look so nice together." Something specific. You'll do fine.

Of course! The more earth you have, the more practical you will be! If someone has the Moon in Virgo and Sun in Pisces, they may go back and forth and sometimes have impractical goals, which I would associate with the Sun.

Love my Virgo moon.... I'm good at being uncomfortable so I can't stop changing all the time. I got Sun, Mercury in Cancer... Virgo Asc/Moon. I notice a lot of people have this tendency to think I'm superficial or a fraud in my motivation towards my own perfectionism, mistaking it for ego gloating Virgo sun that seeks recognization and validation of those traits. Like the other day I was telling my partner about how I don't really like junk food. No no no, that's a lie... Here's me sitting down with my ma...I ask her do I like candy? She goes no.... When all my children were growing up I was always on a diet, so none of my children formed a liking for candy. I'm like I never get sick... Mom when was the last time ive been sick? She's like I can't recall the last time you been sick... Yes I've never even had pink eye or strep thoat before.... Everybody else gets sick for me to deal with it. Mom worked in a hospital 40 years...I got her immune system. I came out with stomach and allergies... Allergic to life lol that's my cross in illness. Could be cause my moon is in the 12th, hidden...
