Thank you so much!!!- just remember there is a lot of attraction and magnetism that comes with this aspect. There’s a good chance if you guys interact a bit ur crush might be interested back. And I always say Don’t focus too much on synastry and researching- like obsessively. Sometimes we have to let go of understanding every detail that’s on the internet or on paper and let the attraction flow and to be present in the moment with them. I wish someone told me this because I become obsessed with a synastry chart when I start dating someone or have a crush but now I just look at the charts and I just take it with a grain of salt because what’s meant for me and what’s meant for you cannot be changed and that’s something synastry will never tell you- it will never indicate which person is going to be the “one” in terms of marriage or if they will stay forever.❤

I've found that orbs are less important in Synastry than in Natal charts. But yeah, the closer the aspect, the more intensely it does tend to to be felt or be highlighted. But to give an example. I've noticed that as someone who has Leo Asc, I'm generally attracted to people who have very strong Aquarius energy, whether or not those Aquarian placements are directly in aspect to my Asc or not. And as someone with Libra Moon and Pluto (and the Leo Asc which has a 5th House draw/reaction to Aries), I tend to have a definite attraction to people with strong Aries (especially women more so), and again, whether or not their Aries placements are in an aspect to my Moon or not. And somewhat similar to my Capricorn Sun/Mercury and people with strong Cancer, but interestingly, less so than with the Aquarius and Aries. We are reacting to the general color vibrations/wavelengths of the other person's aura and vice versa, as well as to any possible other life connections. For example, someone with very strong purple and/or violet in their aura (often correlated to strong Jupiter, Neptune, and Pisces [lesser extent Sag) in their chart) tends to have strong attractions to people with a lot of yellow (Gemini and/or Mercury) and/or tan (Virgo and/or Mercury) in their auras. Especially so if the two people have some kind of other life connection, whether either directly through our Souls OR more likely, via our Expanded/Higher selves and the other Souls that these have created (Souls are like individualized, freewilled extensions of the Expanded/Higher self that does the incarnating for the Expanded self. The average Expanded self has created thousands of Souls to have human or other experiences. Each of the Souls that it has created, is intimately connected to the Expanded/Higher self and to all the other Souls that were likewise created by the original self). But actual, and especially closer aspects show a greater intensity of this, and indicate a more likely chance of it going beyond just attraction. A 30 year long student of astrology, metaphysics, spirituality, etc.

I really feel this way too...I know some astrologers won't look at out of sign aspects either, even if there is a 2 degree orb, and this just doesn't feel true at all in my experience. i think of these energies almost as auric fields in the zodiac belt that are both experienced within the signs, but can also cross signs, with energies that interweave through signs that are close to each other, and aren't necessarily so crisply mathematically divided either...do you feel this too? I have a stellium at the end of Leo, and moon at the end of cancer, with Aquarius asc and I feel so many threads going through cancer, Leo and virgo, that Im not sure anymore if I can believe in such defined mathematical lines, though I think they have a place and a purpose as well, just in layers. Do you feel similarly? my asc is at 25 Aquarius, and I also feel oppositions in our charts can make us drawn to polarities. . This particular subject is interesting to me though, that the energies can be bigger than orbs, and I feel like they can be fields with greater or lesser intensity. i also am attracted to both Aries and Taurus energy as a Leo with cancer moon....it feels like it blends...my stellium (Venus, mars, mercury and the sun) is between 27-29 degrees. Im also very attracted to scorpio energy, and sagittarius. with synastry I really agree that it feels broader and more magnetic and sensory, and blended.

​@@rjuniper Oh yes definitely, cusping is a very real thing. The zodiac wheel is much like a color wheel. Around 15* of a Sign, plus or minus 5 degrees, is like the solid, one color in the color wheel. But as you get closer to the next sign or the one before, it is much like the blending of the different colors. I'm speaking more symbolically and metaphorically about the connection between them. I don't mean literally that there is a 1 to 1 connection between them and the color wheel. There are differences though red starts off the color wheel and Aries starts off the zodiac, and Aries happens to naturally resonate with red energy in an archetypal way (especially that 15* area). But it is not like Taurus is orange, etc. (Taurus is more of a rose, dusty red, darker and deeper, but with some pink in it). Synastric attraction is pretty complicated stuff, and there are many factors to consider, but yes, one of the biggest is opposite polarity, which is why I mentioned some of the opposite signs of my strongest sign attunment. 7th House planets can be quite indicative. Funny coincidence is that I have Aqua Desc with Aqua Venus in the 7th. Besides strong Aquarius, I'm also rather attracted to strong Venus attunement in others. The coincidence. Both my partner (female) and my ex best friend (male), who was my longest guy friendship, are both Aquarius Suns with the same birthday (though not year) and both with Venus rising in their charts and thus ultra attuned/indicated by Venus. And I happened to have met my partner via my ex friend. And yes, I also happen to be fairly drawn to Scorpio and/or Pluto energy in others, especially women. Venus rules my Moon (and as mentioned, in my 7th), and is to the degree trine Pluto, and Venus happens to rule the sign that Pluto is in, and then the modern ruler of my Venus and Desc Sign (Aqua) is Uranus, in Scorpio. My partner and I have an open option in our relationship, and about 4 years ago I met a woman that I was insanely attracted to, who fulfilled a lot of my 7th House and 4th house/IC (Scorpio) shadow energies. She had very strong Taurus with pretty strong Venus otherwise (angular), Scorpio Moon conjunct Pluto, Scorpio NN, very strong but stressed Uranus, a bit of Aqua, etc. I should mention that not only is my Venus in Aqua, (with Aqua Desc) but fairly closely square Scorp Uranus which is also Angular. I got some guidance that she and my partner came from the same Expanded self (more commonly referred to as the Higher self, Monadic self, or Spirit) and that I have a twin soul/twin flame connection with them (the twin soul part being the soul connection, and the twin "flame" part being the Expanded self/Spirit connection). (This is not unusual, the well known OBE author, Robert A. Monroe aka Bob Monroe, wrote about his guidance telling him that our larger selves often have more than one soul extension going on in the same space/time cycle. He was told that his, had two other selves going on in his space/time cycle, one incarnated as another man and another as a woman. He was told that if he met the woman, she would feel like a sister to him. Many years later, Bruce Moen came to the author scene writing about his nonphysical experiences. He ended up becoming friends with Bob Monroe, and after Monroe passed, Bruce's nonphysical guidance told him that he and Bob had come from the same larger/Expanded self. Again, this is common and not unusual. I've met a couple of my Expanded self's other soul extentions in this time/space cycle, and interestingly, we all had drawing really well from a young age, in common. Well, those were the males. The female interestingly shared the same B-day, Moon Sign, Mercury placement to the degree, and almost to the degree the same Venus placement. Note, I don't call this level of us our "original self", there is actually a layer deeper and older than our Expanded self, and that was a vast Light being, which split into two different but connected selves, one initially with more of a Yang polarization and one with more of a Yin polarization. This as you might have guessed it, relates to that oft misunderstood concept of twin flames and twin souls--that was our original self/form, as when we were first birthed from the Creator. The Light beings who became involved with the physical level, for whatever reason, chose to split into these two different, but connected selves with an initially opposite charge). Cheers

His mars(cancer) opposite my moon(cap). His mars opp his Mercury. My moon conjunct his mercury. Now our communication is very complicated. He is usually very harsh in what he says. But I understand what he is trying to say but still argue with him because I don’t always like the way he expresses his opinions. He understands my emotional reactions. We argue almost everyday unnecessarily and then the whole day both are apologising to each other.

Sometimes I’ll talk about an aspect or placement I have in my chart but I don’t really give all the details, since quite a few watch my videos- it’s a form of protecting myself and my sanity before people start analyzing me and what not.

Dependent on the degrees of the signs there could be a conjunction which happens when the planets have a close degree to one another but let’s say they don’t have a close distance in degrees then it just doesn’t form an aspect. If it was a moon in Scorpio and a mars in cancer or Pisces then it would be a trine (if it’s 120degrees apart). A sextile would have to be 60 degrees apart. So the conjunction in the only possibility and if it’s not there in the synastry aspects they just aren’t close enough so essentially there in no “moon” “mars” intense focal point or dynamic since the planets don’t interact with each other. But in synastry the less aspects the better.
