This is why I hate old Moon. He comes back, says he's going to be a better person, but then goes right back to his old habits. He's kinder to Molten, a being made to hunt down people by the father he hates, and yet he can't even comfort his own brother. Not to forget, he killed his own creation (Drop, he even made a big deal about how sentient he was, and his death is just written off as a joke. He was basically Moon's equivalent to Solar's Jack, except Jack can get away with committing crimes and he gets to live. While Drop didn't even commit his crime and he was given Lunar treatment! Basicall, what I'm saying is Old Moon killed his son. That's why I've stopped caring about him, and gladly watched as Nexus tortured him.) in cold blood and has the nerve to be sad when D.Sun did the same with Neptor. What also doesn't help Moon's case, is that from the moment he came back, he practically acted the same way Nexus did with son, he even used Nexus's voice. I feel like Moon's desire to change was just a way to try to one up Nexus, and now that he's dead, he doesn't have to put on the act anymore. 😑😔

I hate how Moon was more comforting to this Sun, trying to calm him down enough to talk to him, and yet he’s actively avoiding his own Sun when he’s traumatised and needs his family. I get that the circumstances are different and he just wanted to see if he was acting violent because of DS, but he’s literally cooped up in his lab as soon as he got back from being kidnapped, so he doesn’t have to run the risk of having to deal with Sun’s emotions. I understand that he’s not used to comforting people and is scared he’ll make it worse, but I dare say that avoiding Sun entirely is probably not going to help either - if anything it’s probably going to make Sun feel _worse._ He literally had to kill one brother to save another, and now the one he saved doesn’t want to be anywhere near him. The main issue is that Moon’s kinda making it about himself, about the fact that _he’s_ bad at it, that _he_ doesn’t want to mess up trying to comfort him, but not even considering that maybe _Sun needs his brother._

@ Yup, which really worries me because Sun also has a habit of blaming himself for things that weren’t his fault so I wouldn’t be surprised if he starts to blame himself for Moon avoiding him too. Not to mention the fact that he tends to downplay his emotions when he’s feeling bad because he doesn’t want to burden his family with his feelings and tries to either deal with it himself or try to hide how badly he’s hurting - _especially_ if he’s not regularly checked up on or given the chance to talk about his feelings. He’s just gonna start shutting Moon out and it’s gonna cause communication issues between them all over again.

Funny how Moon was making an attempt at calming/comforting that Sun but he’s avoiding his own. Valid, he does struggle and he also has his own mental state, but imo I feel like it might benefit the both of them if he would at least just be there for his Sun. Ohhh.. ohh this was really bad to see. At least Moon handled the situation calmly and had kept his distance, that Sun expressing his hate for Moon though really broke my heart. Especially when Moon said he also hated himself. But the fact there's 35% of dimensions for Sun on Moon violence was quite a surprising percentage to hear about, good thing though Solar got Moon outta the lab to take a break, better to worry about that percentage later.

Moon needs to stop making assumptions about Sun’s own feelings. He doesn’t actually KNOW if Sun doesn’t want to see him.
