Seems oddly pessimistic--Moona has collabed with JP members many times already despite the language barrier. I believe more of these melting-pot shenanigans can easily happen again despite her lack of confidence, mostly because pretty much every JP girl sees her as the cool girl they need to impress. She should just take a page from Ame's book: She has an even flimsier grasp on Japanese than Moona and is still eating up those JP interactions left and right.

This project is the school festival that Marine gave the idea and Miko is producing, they will build other things outside the school (Polka has already built some candy store next to the school) but for now the members involved are Miko, Kanata, Marine, Haachama, Botan, Suisei and Moona but it seems Miko intends to invite more people who want to help, it is a project that has no connection with kensetsus so any member who wants to help can volunteer
