We formed the Lost World in Moscow when we were still students. But actually now I live in Manhattan, New York :) We have one CD officially released. It's called Trajectories and can be easily purchased at Kinesiscd website. Our new all instrumental album will be out shortly. I'm really happy you like our stuff. We are not as big as Moscow State Symphony yet, but I'm sure one day we will perform at your Lied Center :)

The arrangement is written by the violinist, that's correct. No improvisation involved. Moonchild Variations is the second mvt of the Crimson Fantasy, the sheet music is expected to be published next year.

I like the idea that they took the time to post this great song, but they overdid it with too of that cliche "Classical flourishes". This is a delicate piece with incredible lyrics, so I guess ya'll missed the mark on this one. The second improvised part they did was better.
