This is when gospel groups sung only gospel. They never blurred the lines between worldly music and gospel.they lead so many to Christ. This group knew what they were singing about.i miss those days
@WestHamParker811 ай бұрын
@rickeyhorn9631 you're listening to the wrong music then. Blurring lines and whatnot. There are an abundance of current day Jesus worshipping gospel singing men and women who do not "blur lines" get out of 1970

I just played this for my dad. He has loved Vestal, The Goodmans, and Gaithers all of his life. My dad is right beside me in the final stages of dementia. Jesus will take him home very soon. I don't know how much my dad can understand or hear what we are saying. But mention the Name of Jesus, and he does respond to it. I hope that dad can escape from this horrible disease, illness, or whatever you want to call it, and find his city soon, where he'll meet his Savior and his loved ones too. Please come Holy Spirit

Vestal - Bb Johnny - B Vestal - C Johnny - Db Vestal - D (putting her in rare territory with her ability to belt that high and so well) and then Johnny - Eb... Absolutely amazing! But you know what really blesses and inspires me is the joy they have in singing about the Lord and His blessings! I feel it, too - and I'm looking for that city, too - and with a smile, too!
