I thing Aria 2 measures a bit bright, but it's much, much nicer overall than Hexa which sounds muffled by comparison.

Hexa is neutral sounding, while Aria 2 has elevated highs and boosted bass.

Hexa sounds a bit less detailed and much warmer but still impressive mainly on vocals.

Aria 2 sounds more colored and more "Pop-y" while Hexas sounded flat and boring. I preferred the Hexas. Listened to this with the HD560S

Don't like Aria and Kato....but, Aria 2 is very nice iem.

By modern standards - both models are deprived of bass. Hexa is still bad with treble - a kind of midrange/vocal oriented model ))
