In nepal we called this dish as "Bara" where mostly newari culture people usually made this on their every occasion. We eat this with alu fry and tamatar ko achar( chatni) which include Sichuan pepper and other. Its a very local and healthy dish we have here. You make me remember that actually from long time I didnt have it as I used to travel 1hr distance to eat this before. Lots of love aunty.🧡💚
