Urad Dal/ Split Black Gram without skin - 2 Cup
LETS PREPARE DOUGH

Salt as per taste
Carom seed/Ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Masalas for PREPARE FILLING

Transfer to a grinder and grind coarsely

Red Chilli- 5 pcs
