your voice is almost professional. Each note is held perfectly, never overdue, and it rings out like a silver bell on high notes, but plays out consistently in harmony with the song. Your voice has perfect restraint, but also great power and control over pitch and length. Dazzling work.

@@bardockofalecido that’s merely up to the listener. Her voice is great, and combined with the soft piano track it makes for a mellow, slowly version. I prefer the dramatic of the original, coupled with kenshi yonezu’s superior vocals (again, to me) and the more complex instrumental. I totally get why people would prefer this version, but to me, they’re not as close as you think.

After reading the translated lyrics, I like to imagine they find each other. Clive on his rough journey home, limping, grabs a tree branch and sits up against the trunk to rest and Jill coming to his rescue when he opens his eyes. I don't think she would just sit around the hideaway while he may or may not come back, she went looking for him.
