Everyone wants me to play Elden Ring

Elden Ring is the best game ever made
After playing through almost all of the Souls games (dark Souls, Dark Souls 2, Dark souls 3, Sekiro, and Bloodborne) I was left with only 2 games remaining. Demon Souls and Elden Ring.
Obviously I'm goanna play Elden Ring I mean come on on man, is it even a choice....
Sorry Demon Soul fans, I'll play that game soon.

i got the game 5 days ago and im still at the starting area, this is a open world that you can really get lost in im amazed how ive never played a souls game, only reason i even got into the genre is thanks to lies of pi and then ive got this pandoras box to open like damn, even in GTA or other open worlds within the first hour or so if the game isnt keeping you engaged with some action you get bored of running around the map doing meaningless things, but damn i have no idea what the main story is and im not even mad, becuase so far ive ended up in various dungeons got killed by a dragon, fought a cat statue which was hilarious, and the way they engage is you is great, i was in a cellar, and saw a chest instead of getting a item the thing teleported me into another dugeon with grazy centipedes, and when i found the exit i was in a whole different area with new enemies, got bodied straight away, said nope not gonna go that way, and then i go left and then a dragon comes out of nowhere to eff with me, like damn i wish more open world games where like this rather than the artificial quests most of them have you do, we all know the find this dude speak with him then he needs you to gather items and speak to another dude who needs something delivered to another dude, like thats boring way to explore, not this game, youll have some lady give you a quest item, for you to go to said location to deliver it yet you literally get lost doing 100 other things before you realise ooh why did i come here to begin with, love every second so far, im already getting sad thinking at a certain point all my fun is gonna come to a end

Hi I hope u enjoy Elden ring , my tip for you is if u get stuck in a certain boss for a while, take a break, explore around the map, find new builds, find new items, anything just explore, do quest line instead, get new cool armor set. This game is huge and it has a lot of things to offer. There’s a lot of secrets too so have fun . Ps( don’t use rivers of blood and mimic tear, it just like kills every single boss easily and it won’t be fun unless u want to) just use what builds what u like but there is a lot of variety in weapons and soceries and incantation. Sorry if u already knew this tho

The fun will last a very long time and then you have dark souls 1-3, bloodborne and demon souls to play which are the same but even more rewarding. Wish I could erase my mind to experience them all again.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who's had the game forever and it took just as long to beat. I can proudly say that I've actually beat the game two times but that's also within the last month and the only thing I can really say is just sit down and grind shit out and just enjoy the journey. I had around 90 hours when I finally beat the game but I also summoned other people for my first play through and my second one was easier because of ng+ but it's still elden ring so ofc it's hard and it scales per ng+ level so the bosses get more health and you only notice it right around Godfrey/morgott then it picks up heavily just like the first play through

TLDR: Margit The Fell Omen is the disguise Morgott uses when he leaves the capital.

Took me 230ish hours to beat it (no summons too because I love suffering) and I explored everything on my own. Started playing in July last year, finished around April this year. Just enjoy your time with the game and beat it how you see fit. The best way to go about it imo. It's cool if you don't wanna play it anymore, these games aren't for everyone and that's fine.

Just found this guy and watched his other videos, he is not a bad player, Bloodborne was too easy for him even if he was a bit overleveled and used summons for a few fights. Now watching him play ER makes me want to play again, didn't touch it for over a year. I stopped playing not long after my second rl1 run (first one was with lvled weapon, but you can't pvp as a lvl 1 with a +25 wpn, there's no matchup so I did another rl1 run without leveling my weapon). ER was one of my easiest sl1 runs (melee only, no summons, no spirit ashes, no cheese are the rules that I use for myself) hardest was actually my bl4 run in Bloodborne, the chalice dungeons near the end are insane you can't get hit at all. It was worse than the dlc.
