You unlock it by just completing main quest early on. Then you just tap the big drift button up to 3 times after you've jumped into the air.

When u say use the 1 skill against spearman armor wich skill is it

The first skill called "Sweeping strikes". You want to spin the whole duration, and then tap it again for the slam. Since whole thing is super armor.
