Although Julian falls into "fighter" category, he is best doing as jungler, because he kills creeps really fast, he practically can ult every creeps in the jungle. But if you plan on using this build for exp lane, why not go with inspire instead? Since you're going to rely on his enhanced basic attacks anyway.
