Morgan, I just wanted to drop a quick comment to let you know- i used one of your ideas recently, and it truly helped not only me, but my best friend as well! you had mentioned in one of your previous vlogs that you made an "ultimate guide to my unhappiness" list in your Notes app. well, i took ur advice, but i did mine backwards. i made an "ultimate guide to my HAPPINESS" list and i basically wrote down any small thing that has proven to make me happy. tried and true things that make me happier. even just small things like "lighting my favorite candle" , etc. so then when i have a day where i have an anxiety attack or im just feeling super down, i open up my list and start doing things from it!! and it truly helps!!! my bff (who lives in aus while im in the US) is going thru some major shit, and i ijust taught her your idea about the ultimate guide list, and it genuinely helped her! just wanted you to know, that you & your content are truly HELPING PEOPLE. loooking forward to the next vlog drop!! xx- sam

Hi Morgan ❤❤❤❤❤ I ADORE you and you’re the only influencer I follow because of how intelligent , well spoken and inspiring you are 🥰🥰🥰!!!! I always refrain from giving out unsolicited advice but if you feel you have poor digestion I’d highly recommend considering seeing a registered dietitian! (Which is different than a nutritionist). RDs are very knowledgeable and highly qualified especially when it comes to being well informed about the latest scientific research regarding nutrition and supplements. I just don’t want for you to have to spend lots of money on herbal or dietary supplements that don’t have robust research to support their efficacy/claims. I work in healthcare and I always find it disappointing and quite irresponsible + unethical when other practitioners tell you that you have bad digestion. At university we learned multitudes of methods for assessing people’s nutritional status and if there’s one thing that we are expected to take away is to never make conclusions like that based on one method of assessment. As a patient /client communicating that you have a multitude of issues, I think you deserve more ethical and thorough care❤

Could really tell you put your heart into Taylor's tennis when you said you were a nervous wreck throughout the match and wasn't able to sleep the whole night cause you were not able to subside with your feelings. Most girls would simply not be so involved and vested emotionally into their boyfriend's sport cause they are so far from being able to relate to it. But I really see a genuine interest which does us tennis fans pride!
