Hi rusty. I have found that Fiebings "British Tan" Leather dye to be exactly or almost exactly the same color brown as on the R.R. Cinnamon Stag Bone. I don't believe they burn the bone as burning would be very difficult to control and get consistency of color. I would love to watch a video on Rough Ryders Bone staining Process. That would be Awesome. Thanks Rusty for another great video, the Cinnamon Stag Moose is top of my list in purchasing the Moose Pattern. I am loving My Cinnamon Stag Bow Trapper and the Carbon steel make it choice.

Hi Rusty. That is a good looking Moose ya got there. I will be interested to see your video on the comparison with the Black & Blue series. Must confess, even though I really like the appearance of the Cinnamon bone on this one I think the B&B is the one I would choose. Having said that Iprefer the bolsters w/o the stamped R on them.
