Moosejaw is a small town in Saskatchewan and some famous attractions like Tunnels of Moose Jaw, Western Development Museum, Temple gardens hotels and spa and also the famous college Saskatchewan Polytechnic. How would I book an accommodation if I don't get my visa application approved? I guess noone has ever been approved of visa six months prior to program start date

These days, people are applying ahead for the course, too, because seats are getting filled for a year ahead. Once you get your approval from college, you can start your visa process. Especially in Moosejaw students are finding it difficult to find accommodation as they are running full. It is always good to start the process 6 months in advance before traveling, as just to find options, it might take time. I got my visa approved in Feb for the Sept intake.

@@malzvlogs I started the process in April -May but finally got LoA on 25 July from saskpolytech. As a mature student I had to go through a rigorous process of accumulating various documents from different countries to provide enough information to visa officer regarding my travel history. That's why it took a long time to decide on whether I should deposit money to saskpolytech to reserve my seat. Whatever, the question is that why and how should I book my accomodation in moose jaw before getting my visa approved? I got a notification from a student hostel near saskpolytech which I am following in FB for a couple of months now saying students of Jan 2024 intake can book now. But I believe I will be able to book once I get my visa approved and that's not earlier than December because as you know well that nowadays visa processing time is about 7weeks and I am gonna apply in September. .. sounds like I am gonna face lots of trouble finding a place there if I get approved and don't know how to solve this problem. I spent weeks in my car in Melbourne once but it's not possible in a freezer country like Canada 😌😔

It is not that difficult. If not moosejaw, you can check out in Regina. It is a floating crowd in Moosejaw since it is students, so you will eventually find it. You can check Facebook marketplace or other Facebook groups to find accommodation
