You’re saying Labatt the right way! These are both decent beers. I imagine this being a tough choice - especially with them both in cans (Moosehead bottles are green, so sometimes it can be skunky that way). Sadly, Labatt Blue isn’t anywhere near as common here as it used to be - most bars and restaurants serve Budweiser instead.

Glad I caught this one because I haven’t drunk Moose Head in years and didn’t care much for it then. But I’ve been thinking about giving it another shot. Based on your review( and the price) I think I’ll give it another shot. Always did like labatt but it’s not as widely available here as the MH. Thanks for the tip. Cheers.

Love both. Being from Buffalo originally (Go Bills) this beer is always in my fridge during football season. Need to pick some up ASAP! Moosehead is great, too. Underrated for sure. Very refreshing on a hot day.

I haven’t had Moosehead in a long time and never from the can I remember it being a little skunky because of the green bottle and little more gritty than a typical lager. I think I would prefer Blue as well. I like that Moose Beer can from Schells. I might have to do a little research into that one. Cheers 🍻!

Cannot speak for Moosehead, but the Blue sold in the US always tastes worse than when buying in Canada. It isn’t even the same alcohol content by volume so something is obviously different. Shame on AB-InBev for selling imposter in the US. Sigh.

I can only speak for myself, but I did do a taste challenge between Canadian Blue and American Blue, and I could barely detect any difference, and actually sided with the American version, in the blind test.
