Mopani Worms for dinner!

I don’t know why, but moth larvae is starting to become a theme on this trip.
Mopani worms are the larvae of the Emperor Moth and are found in Southern Africa. A popular traditional food source, they are rich in protein and minerals. Typically, they're dried or smoked before being consumed, often as a crunchy snack or added to dishes for flavor and nutrition.
