When I was a teenager in 1975 I had a 68 & a 69 Charger, both cars were given to me because after 7 or 8 years in the Northeast they were shot ! How were these cars kept or even restored to such perfection after 50 + years ? I never knew there were so many Charger models available from 68 to 70 ! 🤔 I see at least 6 different wheel options here It's a great video, the show must have been mind boggling 👍👍

Why not picture the well-known B5 blue 1970 GTX Hemi that was there alongside the 1970 Buick GS Stage 1 in that special MCACN recreation display of the famous 1984 Car Review Round 1 Musclecar "Shootout" race? Even the Christmas Tree was there! Both cars were set up just as they appeared on the cover of the March 1985 cover of Car Review magazine that covered the results of that race. That was a beautiful GTX even though it lost the shootout.

I remember when Superbirds sat in Plymouth Dodge car lots for 2-3 rears before anybody would buy them, they were a hard sell car, and now they're the price of a house.

My dad sold cars at a Chrysler Plymouth dealership in Wisconsin and the dealership owner let my dad "demo" their Superbird for the entire summer of 1970. We had that amazing yellow bird in our driveway for months. It was such a dream and my dad was not afraid to take that thing up over 110-120 mph just for the heck of it. I think it sat on the lot for a couple of years before it finally sold.

Makes me wonder how many are fake. Too damn easy to fake 'em these days. I never saw any AARs back in the day but Superbirds/Daytonas were more often seen in this area & they were rare. There was 5 Judges & 1 super rare '69 Trans Am convertible in this area back then.

I'm sorry but ford and Chevy can not compare to Mopar....these cars were beautiful, and no one did it better...PERIOD!
