this song is about Turkey's EU period. as you know Turkey has been waiting for the membership for a looong time. and this competition is for the Europe's countries. at the end of the song they say "beni sahte düşlerle oyalamayın" it means "don't waste my time with fake delusion"

Hey, thanks for the reaction I really enjoyed it. As a Turk, I've grown up with Mor ve Otesi songs and loved them deeply. When I discovered Muse I just felt the same things over again with goosebumps, they have definitely a similar style, I was shocked. I've always called Mor ve Otesi as Turkish Muse too haha. And the reason is probably their inspiration. Mor ve Otesi cited Radiohead as their inspiration and influence, the vocalist guy Harun has said a lot of times that he was hugely influenced by Thom Yorke, the Radiohead vocalist. And as we know Muse, especially their early work has always been seen as influenced by Radiohead. Both Muse and Mor ve otesi were founded in about 1995's. So, I see this situation as, both Muse and Mor ve Otesi took Radiohead as an early inspiration for their music, but they definitely made their own way and style. I love both bands so much and I'm so happy that someone else other than me sees and appreciates it. I hope you will do more Mor ve Otesi and Muse reactions, lots of love :)

You should look at the lyrics of the song. This song is a diss to Europe due to some political situation. Turkey had waited for a long time to enter the European Union, but they distracted Turkey for decades. This song is about that actually, and the facial expression on the singer's face is just a tease. They have more songs with deep meanings like this one. For instance, "Cambaz".

In lyrics he is saying I am searching owner of my soul Is it I right place to find it.Grow me do not make me cry where is your love that you proud of.Dont waste my time your fake dreams. Even turks dont know this is not about a man it is about humankind.
