I think you are overstating the jazz influence on Moraito Chico's playing in this piece. He is using Jazz to embellish his flamenco playing more than anything else. There are other flamenco guitarists that incorporate jazz much, much more: Vicente Amigo, Paco de LUcia, etc.

WTF are you saying ? Certainly he decorates with his own and particular "toque", only if you are a true handicraftsman of flamenco.There is nothing about jazz in here, only pure flamenco scales.The PALO is called Tanguillos.
