Ive had sleep paralysis a few times. I never quite graaped what was happening, I quit dreaming ages ago, mist likely due to meds, and I'd intentionally sleep to dream. They've begun to return tho.. and I dunno why. Anyway, thank you for teaching more about the dark goddesses

@@TABG1113 your probably dreaming because there is something you need to know! I feel like that's the times I remember my dreams the most!! Weird but so relevant for me anyways.

Yes, I think so! Hmmm, I never thought of it that way! I like that idea(!!) that, yes, something(s) are important enough to break through that dead asleep- ness. Aww, this makes me smile 😁❤

I Never had a sleep paralysis, honestly I rarely dream at all the last years. So weird. ✨ Asking for help is not easy for me, and yes I always tend to suffer in silence to be honest. I think I need to look more into this goddess. Thank you so much for sharing this! ✨🖤✨

@@EmilyVanDerHell it's a different kind of experience, had me questioning myself. I was like that the hell just happened! I remember some dreams but not all, been trying to do dream work more, so I hope that helps me dream a little more or remember them anyways!! When I do dream and remember, it often involves ancestors. Wish, I could remember them all. I like to decode what the dreams were supposed to mean for me! ✨ Asking for help is also not easy for me, but lately it's been tough and I have had some close relatives really help me through when things seem impossible or a little much to handle. I ALWAYS suffer in silence, it feels nice to let myself ask for help, it's been something I've contemplated for awhile about. 🤍 Your so welcome, so glad you enjoyed it. ✨

@ I probably can’t really dream because I don’t sleep though the whole night. I always wake up like every 2 hours. That’s why I feel so exhausted sometimes. I also learned to ask for help (still learning), but it’s hard for me to talk about what’s going on inside. But we’re all still learning in this life! ✨🖤✨

@@EmilyVanDerHell I'm not a super deep sleeper myself and your probably right. That's probably why, but yes these dark months really make us turn inward and reflect more, I also have a hard time saying what I feel inside too and journaling has helped a lot. Lots of shadow work, it's tough but I feel like it's part of the healing process! ✨🤍 Warm wishes to you beautiful Emily! Please know you are never alone and you always have a friend here if you need to talk. 🤍

You know I’m bad at keeping up with writing comments (because I watch most of my YT videos from my tv while I’m working) … so I forget to type on my phone 😂 But I found this goddess interesting. I’ve never had sleep paralysis and dang it sounds scary. I hope you never go through it again.

@@BellaNece it's scary but very fascinating. I was terrified but it was an experience. I couldn't move at all but was what seemed to be aware that something was happening.. but could hear things going on around me, talking that I couldn't pinpoint. I questioned myself for like a week about it. ✨

@@MoonMama2017 when you read about it from the medical perspective it seems like an average occurrence. But if you didn’t know about it from that perspective, it could seem like an outer body experience. Like your soul left your body and is experiencing everything while hovering near your body. Yup that’s how my mind works 🙃

@@MoonMama2017 I remember some dreams for about an hour after I wake up. But most of the time “fuhgeddaboudit” the memory will last a second. 😂 and it won’t matter if they were good or bad dreams
