@@tonihaukijarvi These days, yes. In morbid's early days, vincent was a great fit. But tucker certainly fits better now. His vocals are more tailor fit for morbid's current sound. My only complaint about steve is that his vocals are pretty one-dimensional. This works well in some bands, like immolation, but morbid angel is one of those bands where vocal variety is a huge plus. Vincent had vocal variety. Tucker does not. But tucker still fits the vibe better.

Then he thought, if our enemies, without hate, with pure heart, was able to make a pile of 100s of childrens arms, w. No hate, the enemy was SO dedicated to win, that the US Army could NEVER win. From what I've learned over the years God wants us to be born again in baptism and receive the holy ghost by the evidence of speaking in tongues because of man's sin in the garden. We are to deny this world and all its traditions and serve the Lord. This song speaks of that. I've also learned that Satan mimics God and comes as an angel of light. He has his followers speak in demonic tongues too. Satan is the "Morbid Angel" so to speak. There are powers on both sides, God and Satan. If you wanna go deeper, i think music is the influence and the gateway to whatever the music is putting out. Anybody have any thoughts on this subject??
