Hi, Amazing work on the piece you did and nicely cut with all the tools. A little about me, just graduated from university and working here in Toronto, Canada. Currently in family business and we got one of these machines. May i ask do you have any recommendations/books/content you may have to learn more about how to function this machine and easy understanding. I have been reading the cnc machine manual and received the training from SCM as well. Just not 100% confident on this machine and want to learn more. His bit is not gonna last too long Rotation and speed are incorrect

Incorrect. Rotation and speed were correct. Usually got 120 sheets of melamine out of one bit.

OK seems like there's a whining sound coming from the bit but in my opinion this sheet count thing is not very accurate the core ,how much machining determines the life of your bit if you don't mind me asking what bit are you using the rotation and travel?
