Random theory that I am totally looking into way to much for. The reason why Diavolo can understand Muzan's gibberish is because it's actually a stand cry. If Jotaro can understand Star Platinum's Ora language then it's most likely that Muzan's gibberish is also a stand cry that only stand users can understand. It's the reason why Muzan says "Nobody else can understand my gibberish" because every other demon is not a stand user. So would that mean Muzan has a stand?
