Is putting a Bat House on each side of my barn (north, east, south, and west) a good way to have a temperature regulated habit for any season?

Great question. East-facing is the best- to get that morning sunshine. But, having options in different areas really does help the bats. It will help you learn where they like to be, and it gives them temperature options. As long as you are able to mount the bat houses at least 15 feet up, and there are no obstacles underneath the bat house.
