OMG the viewing has reached to a record high 2 million times within just a few weeks! More Beautiful For Having Been Broken is kinda underrated. It’s actually a great movie in many aspects, like the casting, the marvelous natural performance of Cale (Freddie), the brewing chemistry between Zoe and Kayla, the fantastic dance choreography, the “I don’t play tennis” way of declaring love(intelligent and sweet❤️) and the following loving gazes, the music, the brilliant questions a mom can ask to her children to help shape their positivity in life, and the amazing star venture. Despite some of its not good enough parts, the movie actually deserves more attention and praise. Kudos to Kayla and Zoe, though they are straight, they together present a perfect couple to the world. Simply beautiful !

Finally, a movie with depth and actual realistic story of love and pain. I have watched a lot of lgbt movies,tv series & short stories that traumatized me for a long time and make me cringe hard. I had to watch this fantastic movie more than once! The story line was really interesting throughout the entire movie. The little boy was beyond amazing both as a character in the movie but also as an actor. He had a magnetic personality that one can feel just watching it. Excellent movie.

I love this movie and actually have watched it for several times. The very reason for the rewatch is that I wanna see again and again those beautiful developments of Max and Samantha’s relationship, and the cutest ever Freddie😘😘😘. The solo dance, flirting dance in the bar, and the famous blue dance are also my favorites. Max and Samatha are definitely one of the best lesbian couples on screen. Fantastic work! 👍🎉❤️

No but like this is genuinely one of my favorite movies of all time. I love everything about it, the story, the characters, the music.. Zoe and Kayla are both absolutely gorgeous. .. I think something that I appreciate the most is it isn't and in your face cringey lesbian movie. You know what I mean? Its a movie. I can't believe what I just watched. To me, this movie has everything. I feel deeply connected to people with special needs. Dancing is one of my passions - when I saw the redhead dancing with her child and the wheelchair I must say it was one of the best dancing scenes I have ever seen - so full of life, so packed with emotions and uncertainty - dancing for today, not for tomorrow. When the dancing scene ended, Freddie pushed his mom in his wheelchair - kind of anticipating that she's gonna get that long awaited rest but in a form she least wants - his death. I loved the characters so much! It's chilling how the movie ended. I love how only in the end we find out that he has been in the narrator seat the whole time! What a kid! He consumed me completely. The thing the old man said to McKenzie about the puzzles - "We created two and three dimensional boundaries just to try to make sense of things. But what lives inside the spaces of those boundaries?" - is the ultimate Truth of the world in a nutshell.

I don't easily cry over movies, but the emotional impact of the movie is impeccable! The characters in this movie are relatable and down the earth! Although, my main problem with this movie is that, the storytelling feels spoon-fed and tells too many details for viewers to handle. Even the narration was a little too much for storytelling. Despite that, the movie is really well-made!

Max was cool, love of a child isn't genetic. I used to have a rule, if someone's kids didn't approve of me I wouldn't date them. Nice to see a movie that actually shows step parents as loving and part of the family. "I don't play tennis", most amazing line in any movie I've seen in years thanks for that! Had she said that to me I'd have been speechless and blushing.
