I love this kind of stuff. I am always interested to see what gear you guys are using. Behind the scenes brewery could be a new series for you guys. Could just go through an ordinary brew day with commercial sized equipment. Given the average homebrewer's crude equipment, it is a vicarious delight!

Man this is exactly what i have wanted to see the middle ground! Not home brew ( where i am now ) and micro brew. ( my feature ) so i can up scale some batches and figure out what might taste good on tap daily! Love you guys keep it up! Also love the rest of your content 😃

It would be great if you show us a full brewery. We have seen some larger conicals, glycol chiller and smaller brite tanks. But what about brew vessels setup?

Great video! A few questions: 3 years in, how happy are you? Could a CIP ball be attached to one or both of the smaller ports on top, eg the prv and blowoff ports, to clean without removing the rods? How effective are the rods for cooling? And finally, what didn't you like about the stock sample valve? Thanks again for a great video!

Man, that's awesome. I can't help but wonder what ya got in those barrels though! Not sure how well this will trend on the youtubes, but I'd love to learn how to properly prepare a bourbon barrel to age some stouts and barley wine in.

Those barrels are actually all sours! We do a solera series with used wine barrels :)

you guys gotta check out the Moonshine Distillers 8 or 13gal stainless conicals. $300 for the 8g, $369 for the 13. not sure if it's rated for pressure and the lid doesn't offer many ports for expand ability, but the price is killer.

Love it - we have 2 so far. The lid clamp needs some fenagling to hold down but other than that it works like a charm

You have officially influenced my purchase decision. Can we get a look at all the ports on the top of the unit? I’m not fully clear on the dry hopping port, is it taken up by the cool stick?

So if it has a 15 psi blowoff in the back do you still need the spunding valve, this confused me. Looking to get one for fermenting lagers under pressure as i lack cooling space.

Would have been really useful to see the interior finish standard, what the welds and seams are like - that's the real details of concern on a product like this.

If you got 10 bbl tanks sitting behind you...why do you need a 2 bbl? Just curious...sample system or a "small batch" system sized for a microbrewery? I've always heard that for a microbrewery looking to gain market - 20 bbl and up is king? Not so?

We actually aren't looking to break into distribution any time soon - so a 2 BBL is a great size to keep super-fresh IPAs on tap in the taproom.

Is it possible to get a CO2 condenser so you can refill your own tanks? I have tried looking for one and can't find one. I am a respiratory therapist and deal with oxygen concentrators all the time. I'd imagine there would be a CO2 one. Imagine a world where there was everyone making home brew and pulling the CO2 wastes out of the atmosphere. One more thing: Can you guys do a video on how to build one of those taller coolers for the 6 gallon kegs and show how you can hook it up to a wall tap for those that want to have a cool, custom bar area at home instead of the typical cooler with tap coming straight up. That would be dope!
