I love your christmas red mix... for schmincke users, you can mix deep red and maroon for a christmas red for the yellow you can use a mix of pure yellow and quingold but avoid the cadmiums or the yellow loses the sparkle, for the the greens a conveniance color of olive green, winsor newton artist sap green and burnt umber for the branch

We all still learn at points... i like sharing it to help another feel more confident in what they use, for beginners specially hard to learn about pigments while you still try to work on technique as well. Evenentually it will sink in with most you can do both seperately,lol

I have never heard of that color you were using, neutral tint. I am new to watercolor painting but I have watched a lot of videos and never seen anyone use that color.

I have practiced a lot :) it didn't come to me overnight.. I started in 2012/2013 and worked really hard, since 2016 have been painting every single day... it's all practice and patience🌸🌹

🌸☺️first and only rule in watercolor: don't give up!! It really is all about understanding the medium, painting and painting until you literally get it 🤗I had a hard time too at the beginning, everyone does, so keep painting🌸
