I love how unique Ernie's perspective is. He's always been such an imaginative kid. Everyone was like, "is that blood?" and Ernie would be like, "oh that's watermelon," "It's elephant pork," or "love is a lollipop with a scorpion inside. " He always says the darniest things. I'm very blessed - my 3-year old is a very good water and there is only a handful of things he doesn't like! The trick is to introduce them to a variety of foods early and be persistent! Also mix it up! When he was a baby My little guy didn't like mashed green beans at first on their own but loved them mixed with sweat potatoes and turkey! And if they ask to try something - let them try it! Even if you think they won't like it. Try it anyway! :)
