If the judge would impose a fine, jail time, or probation; that would effect his presidency. Which would be grounds for dismissal of the case in an appeal (based on recent Supreme Court rulings). The judge gave him his felonies; which will be brought up in all his other court cases when it comes to sentencing at those trials.

He's a RU asset. The Russian wanted him as US president since 2020, except, because he's not born in the US, he can't. So the Russians wanted to change the US Constitution to enable Musk to run as prez. Ain't happening because the world is onto him and his manipulation.
