How do you see so far? I thought it was a kind of species view differences but then I saw your carno fight at night and... I literally only see what's under my feet when playing by myself. Even my troodon, it's like they put a bag on your head. But slightly better than carnos night vision anyway.

Depends on the playable, diet and weather. Also for me personally, playing in windowed full screen doesnt seen to make the game as dark.
