Drederick, thanks for the insight. I disagree with the comment someone made that the Ainu live too far from Australia. There's a village on the coast of England where they've proven that the residents have aboriginal ancestry. They said that, under the right conditions, a party of aborigines could have made it to England in a few days. I had the joy of visiting the beautiful country of Australia a few months ago. Loved it! Nevertheless, it's tragic what was done to the aborigines. You've been marginalized in a land that used to be yours. The same thing happened to the Native Americans in my country. I have no doubt that your people will regain your footing as the Native Americans are begining to do here, finally. The indigenous people of New Zealand, the Maoris, are doing very, very well. They have a TV channel in the Maori language, a strong voice in Parliament, etc., etc. I went to a Hangi feast and we were supposed to pick someone to be our chief for a ceremony. We picked an Australian aborigine, a large, powerfully built and well-spoken man. He did very, very well! Good luck to you and your people! Persevere and be strong.

They look strange. The closest I can place them is Tatar, Turkmens and Uzbeks. Basically, central Asian people- a Turkic-Mongolian mix.

与太話ですが。 東北や四国の山間部には縄文人の血が濃い人達がそこそこ居ますよ 東北の方は有名らしいですが四国の方はあまり知られていません。 よく渇水時に有名になる早明浦ダムがありますが、そのダムの東の方にある町には 青い目や灰色の目をした人達が多く住んでます、もちろん老人もです。 遠い昔に、弥生人に追い立てられたか、又は住み分けで山間部に 移ったのではないかと思います。 青い目ではなかったですがその近くの町に住んでる女の子と付き合った事があるけど その子の目はもの凄く薄い茶色でした。 その子の町のずっと南にある町にも知り合いがいてその人も同じ色の目でした。 顔はアメリカの、名前は忘れたけど白人の俳優そっくりな顔つきでしたね

They are not mixed with Russian, they mixed Turko- Mongols ( Mongoloid ) , with the Iranians ( Caucasians ) , before the invasion of the Turks and Mongols in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan , Kyrgyzstan , Turkmenistan) Iranians lived (they were 100 % Caucasians ) , they created many crops such Andronovo culture. But I would not say that the Ainu and the Central Asian mestizos are very similar , no, Ainu others.

*facepalm* Yayoi, or Yamato and Minamoto did not originate in China. They were from Korea, and the Ainu only lived in Hokkaido and Siberia, while Yayoi lived in Honshu, Kyushu, and before splitting into the Ryukyuans, Ryukyu. People from Ryukyu also have Chinese and Vietnamese origin. But modern Japanese people aren't exactly a mix between Ainu and Yayoi. It can be full Yayoi, or even Full Ainu, but full blooded Ainu only live in Sakhalin, which is disputed between Japan and Russia

They are supposed to be white skinned Aryans, but they are mostly brown skinned, thus concluding that they were mixed overtime with the majority Natives. Why do Ainus look like Paleolithic Europeans? Why do East Africans look like Neolithic Europeans? Why do Melanesians look like Subsaharans? Why do Khoisans look like Asians? Why do certain Western Europeans (Iberians, Welsh, Icelandic etc.) look Asian or Native Americans? And why do cetaceans look like sharks? The closest genetic group to the Ainu is the Onge people of the Andaman Island by y DNA haplogroup D. Funny the Onge's skin is very black and the Ainu is fair to "white".

Ainu men are Y DNA haplogroup D and descendant of the DE haplogroup and a son of Noah called Japheth. The other sons of Noah were Shem ( haplogroup E, E1b1a) and Ham (haplogroup E, E1b1b). Ainu are from an Ethiopic lineage of men who migrated to Asia.
