iam looking at the storm radius and damage and it kinda stupid. Radius should be reduced by 2 times. It will still deal the damage and force terran to split and also it will punish stacked units, but it will not disable all terran army with 2-3 storms. Also I believe it should not affect the air units, or this need to be 2 separate storms.
