Who thought hiring AP was gonna lead to immediate success? I don't think Mark Davis was among them. Sure, he probably hoped to build off the late season momentum from last year...but the investment was made in to AP because he WILL grow. All the things that people are dogging him for will get better with experience and time. He wasn't picked for immediate success! He was picked because he has the mentality Mark Davis wants to see the team grow in to. I want to see a crossover analysis of "who was a Derek Carr hater" and "who is an AP hater" chances are it's the same fools a lot of the time. AP knows this team and culture, he will get us there!

How are we not the most injured? On our 3rd string QB On our 3rd string RB Half of our starting defense including Malcom, Wilkins, Hobbs Not making excuses for anyone , but were definitely one of the most injured in the league as far as core players

AP is not a Head coach. He was a bridge we needed last season and he did a great job picking the team up end of last season. But he lacks the experience needed to be a HC right now. Needs to learn by moving up the ranks. I'm not even sure he would be a good Defensive Coordinator right now. He has a lot to learn and that's not a shot at him. But it pretty hard to succeed without follow the path to success.

COMPLETELY AGREE with the call from Raider Eddie … and completely disagree with Your Boy Q… AP in fact does deserve F’s almost across the board, except for what he said in motivation aka cheerleading… a head coach needs to be able to oversee and manage the entire team and the entire coaching staff from preseason throughout the entire season each and every game including in game adjustments and that includes both sides of the ball… let’s stop making excuses for AP in Ohhhhh It wasn’t his decision here or there. He is the head coach he can supersede any decision from any of the staff at any time. That’s what a true competent head coach that is successful in the NFL does… FIRE AP END OF SEASON … RN4L
