Nah Doug is a sentient inflatable dinosaur. He has a cork in his neck and doesn’t visually show anyway that he is a costume. Unlike Buzz who has stitches and his voice lines confirm this directly blaming the suit but with Doug there’s no mention of a suit. He even says “I’m not a fighter, I’m a floater.”

The Cornelius changes are actually wonderful. The colors contrast much better and you can see his body a little better too. His body doesn’t look like a pitch black anymore, his previous color pallet was just harsh (bright gloves, dark body, dark hood)
