Finishing my description here 😉✨ What do you think of when you think of Jesus? One of the things I love about Jesus is how he came "not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45) Jesus is known for his humility and compassion and leading by example in putting the needs of others before himself. If anyone had a right to expect others to honor him and wait to be served, it would be Jesus, the son of God who created the whole world. But instead he chose to give of himself and show care and love for others no matter the cost to himself. The Bible says "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, so that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." God gave us Jesus, and Jesus gave us his perfect life, not only as an example, but allowed himself to die to take the punishment of our sins and give us his goodness so we could have a restored relationship with God and experience a future in heaven more wonderful and beautiful than anything we could dream of here on earth. God raised Jesus back to life, and if we choose to accept the gift he is giving us and put our trust in Jesus not only will we be saved from the power and punishment of sin, but have a new hope and joy that will strengthen your heart and overflow so you can pass it on to others. 💞 Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Pretty epic right? And while I do believe God has the power and ability to enable you to do anything that aligns with his will, the context especially of this verse stands out to me, because the person writing it has actually suffered a lot and is talking about how no matter what situation he's in, good or bad, facing plenty or hunger, abundance or need, he has learned to be content - the secret being that Jesus is the one who gives him strength and helps him face it all. The same has been true in my life too, and even though I still struggle sometimes (okay, a lot of times 😏😅) I know God is with me and loves me and I can chase after him knowing he will lead me in the way I should go. Where was I? Oh yes, NEVER GO BACK! 🤗🥳😍🤩😁💖✨🎉🥰😁 Keep seeing the world with wonder and joy, don't lose heart, and have the courage to be the person only you can be. The world is waiting for you! There's so much more to you than you may realize, and I for one am so thankful you're here. I don’t think I’ve ever watched it straight through tho 🤔😅 My brothers were watching it back when the youngest was still a little baby so I would be babysitting and come in on random episodes but they rewatched it enough times I think I’ve seen them all. 😅😉 (I do want to go through it myself one of these days though 😊) I think I watched season 1-2 on my own years ago, but never finished for some reason
