It is so nice that I can hear finance courses from you! You don't know how lucky that I can met you though the internet! Thank you,Sal! I get puzzled by the courses and I even don't know how to start it. I'm losing my faith in it and think this is so difficult to learn all of the stuff. And when I saw your courses, you light me up and I really like every courses of you. Then I found now it's not hard to start finance again, and with you, it actually made me learn it with passion. Forever love!

Nice description but it would help people more if your diagrams of a balance sheet showed assets on the left, which is where most real statements put them. People already have enough trouble with debits and credits versus plus and minus. Reversing the conventional images gives many people trouble in handling the abstract.

It's funny how you mention appreciation of housing prices across regions in the U.S. Little did you know prices were heading for a cliff in the new few months.

Kindly clear me this doubt,Incase if I fail to pay the EMI, and the bank took over my house and auctions it. Will I still receive any money from the auction? Or does the bank has a full take on the auctioned amount?

What would happen if the market price of the house was 700k? (The loan is worth more than the house itself) Would equity become "negative"?
@alial-musawi98987 жыл бұрын
Brendan Nicholas yep. There's such a thing as negative equity. Usually in this case, people "default" on their mortgages (not pay back to the bank) so the bank sells the house to get back some of its lost cash.

Hello, just in case you're still trying to figure that out. It might help if you create a khan academy account where you will be able to browse all the subjects, and see where they start and where they end
