When the bikes are repaired, you should no longer let the guest use them for free. Let them contribute something towards the use of the bikes. That would go towards any future repairs.

Kinda defeats the purpose of "freelance" though. The property needs sturdier bikes to deal with Jamaica terrain, like thick framed mountain bikes. Chucky receives these as donations and while they'd be good for the Jamaicans to use as a commuter, foreigners are using them as trail/mountain bikes cuz of property location (paradise❤). I don't think the guests should be penalized. That's babylon way.

You have to use the small screws to adjust the in and out first after you mount it to the bike run the cable like the old cable through the new derailleur move the shifter so the cable extends fully out of the cable housing with the bike set on the gears and the tire is able to spin stop tires with a firm hand or a pair of pliers hold the cable call hard without making the derailleur move with the other hand tighten the bolt without making the derailleur move it once you learn this it makes it easier down bike thank you
