Yes, but he reamed the hole to size afterwards-so not an issue.

0:30 3/4=19.05mm same as setup metric and do 19mm button 0.05 is half paper thick. you dont need decimals on metric you dont need calculate anything you just add 0 or move decimal change difrent scale like mm cm M. imperial sicez you need calculate inch, feet hand,yards,miles,toes xD. metric is so easy. its same as weight and money
