These have been really useful! On the server I'm on, we can't make iron farms with golems, so do you think there would be a way to force only Steelix spawns? They drop iron ore, so that'd be our best bet right now.

Thanks for the Video. I do have a question. If I were to do this to a Woodland mansion, as in flattening it out and replacing the whole floor with carpet, would that make Eevees spawn more? I heard that they are carpet boosted in mansions. They also have a higher chance of appearing in frozen river biomes too for somw reason, so would building a platform like that in the frozen river be effective?

it's all in the links in the description - the spawn data spreadsheet says where pokemon spawn and their requirements, the tags document says what all of the requirements mean and sometimes there's a bit more information in the code.

16 seems to be enough, regular mobs spawn below the platform still but pokemon have a separate mechanism and only spawn around the same height as you

the bigger the better! the mod is constantly scanning around you for spaces to spawn pokemon so more space means more spawn attempts. the default max range pokemon can spawn around you is 128 x 128

@@saggieyt Gible spawns for the rare bucket in the mountain biomes, but it spawns everywhere in the overworld for the ultra-rare bucket except abyss and mountain biomes. As Ocean Biomes doesn't have any other ultra-rare Pokemon. It significantly increases the chances of the spawn (more than the mountain rare bucket).

i should probably have said - you can light up the roofed platforms to make them safe from vanilla mobs, this won't impact pokemon spawns at all!
