I don’t see the value. You could have an entire sealed hobby box of donruss elite for that, would rather see you open that or something like mosaic no huddle. Stained glass inserts look really good for 2023.

Why was it you didn't like BICs Eddy???😅😅😅 I'd rather get 2-3 Elite HOBBY, plus all other HOBBY packs than a Elite, DonRuss, H2, Choice, International, college 💩 but... JMHO Man Eddy, you would've LOVED the ORIGINAL MoJo Chest. Best box ever (I'm talking the ORIGINAL , not the A-holes that stole the name, then after people raises HeLL about it they changed it to MoJo 2. 😅) The actual original was ALL nice HOBBY packs. They also ransomed packs like BIC, but no 3 packs of 1 thing. On occasion a few would get randomed in hign end packs. As far as BIC, I obviously have seen those 3 pack of Elite boxes, but with the random I've also seen better boxes. I don't care who does the box, but none of them right now are doing as well as thet could. NO Retail period NO collegiate NO old/cheap 💩 (16' & on) NO Hybrid/TMall/Choice/International 💩 Not that hard. Just ALL HOBBY ONLY!!! I don’t feel the same about any box since the CT scandal. To be fair packs have always been easier to search than boxes in my estimation due to thick packs etc. However anyone who runs a sub box business would be shooting themseves in the foot if none of their customers ever got the good hits

Yeah I imagine that this hack was known before it was made public. Regardless it's not something I'd ever do, I'm building this business from the ground up to be as transparent as possible. I really wish there was a way I could record or document every single pack, or some other way to provide more detail to my customers. I'm not sure what else I could do though?

@slvrsport the subscription boxes are something I've been doing some serious consideration over as of late. With Optic being impossible to get this year and all the shenanigans going on with breakers(25 downtowns in a case)/repacks, product getting delayed etc it seriously has become a consideration for me possibly. However, after seeing these types of boxes having a majority of packs that are from highly undesirable products (Elite, Prestige, Illusions, Classic etc) it really comes down to the fact that you're paying $280 for only TWO semi decent packs. Oh, and that banger of a Zay Flowers card as a guaranteed hit lol! I can think of better ways blow almost $300... seriously. Now, if the boxes regularly had say Prizm, Optic, Mozaic, Phoenix and heck even like Rookies & Stars or maybe even Zeneth (Zoom) or Absolute (Kaboom) now THAT would be a box I'd EASILY subscribe to monthly without hesitation and I'm kinda like Cheap Ass Chuck when it comes to spending a whole lot of money on cards. So hey, if ever there's subscription boxes that more or less align with those types of product in them then am all in and will gladly give my money to whoever wants it! I think much the same. Problem is the boxes that align that way generally don’t give you the pack value I prefer close the the amount I paid in retail price of packs. Boombox for example is usually significantly under and I know they aren’t paying full retail

Those packs get included on release when there is an allocation to us. Once it hits the secondary market prices get jacked. I'll have 23 Optic hobby in the September boxes, Select when it launches, etc. We also do the hall of fame which doesn't have a specific number of packs, so it has the higher value items in it. The All-Star includes 8 packs so you do get a wider variety of pack values.

@@hitboxsportscards makes sense. You're definitely on the right track with the idea of subscription boxes... at least in my opinion. I just think that for someone like myself (can't speak for anyone else) if I'm gonna "subscribe" to a monthly box it has to have desirable products in them. A junk pack or two here and there is understandable. Consistency/value each month, I think, is where you'll get customer loyalty from. Now, Optic hobby and Select will be excellent choices! I'll be interested in taking a look at what types of boxes you'll be putting together for September. Might just see me rolling the dice and giving y'all a shot. Again, gotta give it to @slvrsport for giving us an opportunity to see what's what in the world of sports cards before we dive in head first.👍
