@user-du7xi6vt8wАй бұрын
he denied it but I also believe it happened. I just believe they chose to allow it and laugh it off for the time they were employed because girls like that see guys like him as "harmless". im sure they spoke on it when work gossip came up and felt like as long as this poor old married man doesnt TOUCH us then who cares about what he has to say for 8 hours. long as he cut the check and we not aint putting out then what could it hurt. alot of women think that way and will put up with what is considered sexual harassment. only speaking it for what it is once they know ties with the company is severed and that place isnt providing financial support anymore. at that point they have no reason to keep the secret. ol girl was there NINE YEARS smh

FOR REAL. I didn't think either of the plantiffs were wearing anything provocitive or inappropriate. Tbh, neither was she, but it's still a super cruel thing to say, especially in this sitiation where these ladies are being SHed and actually took the stand to inform of it! And of course the GF is gonna be on his side, but honestly...She should be running too, if this is how he spoke to EMPOLYEES! If he were my boss, I'd be firing him myself -- by calling the next higher up and/or reporting to the workforce!

She even said that she realized while she was in jail, that's not right for someone to get away with the lost wages and sexual harassment, although she's entitled to it etc.. she clearly had low self-esteem issues & clearly wasn't at a point to admit that 💯 smh so again JM needs to leave a lot of ishh alone and shouldn't had brought that out of her like that 🤦 smh

The defendant didn't answer the question. 5:07 He definitely did it. Unfortunately, it is not something that can be handled through small claims. The two things are not the same JM. Sexual harassment is in the same category of SA/molestation. Sometimes, victims do not report it. They'd rather forget it. And the woman with the defendant is one of those victim blamers.

I just came to see about this so-called "Boss". Honestly though, a higher up should just be that. Being friendLY is one thing, but in reality, they're not intended to be your FRIEND and give you bias, much less speaking in a sexual manner - and if they are making you uncomfortable, you really need to put yourself first and report them on it, if not simply quit. Plantiff did the right thing by leaving! This guy sounds like a creep, and shouldn't be in any authority position. I don't see what anyone would see in him, especially with how he seems degrading like these two ladies said. Looks don't matter, it's the personality - or lack thereof - I'm seeing here.

The Plaintiff brings up lost wages but not the sexual harassment? Ehhh, i don't believe her or her witness, i was harrassed on the job and that's the first thing that flew out of my mouth, i didn't care about being paid, i wrote EVERYTHING down and gave my union Rep a copy. Plaintiff is suspect as hell.

@eternaltrav38856 күн бұрын
This is a wild statement! You “never” believe women because they don’t immediately call police or file claims. With so many ppl, especially women living check to check. Even some men allow sexual harassment to keep a job, source of income. Finance, self-esteem, trauma, emotional distress, etc. so many underlying issues could cause a person to accept, allow, tolerate, and even give into sexual harassment.

Something that made her cry in court she laughed off when it happened plus she never brought it up to him 😒🤔 why did she go out drinking with the same guy that made her feel uncomfortable at work. Then when judge asked about the letter to workforce she first said she didn't have any witnesses but she got one in court but then she said she wasn't at the place that she wanted to talk about it. I believe she lying. He should've sued for defamation.

I believe the plaintiff and her witness. The defendant is repulsive and takes advantage of his position. He should receive therapy. JM is demonstrating how male and female victims are treated in court in these types of cases. However, it demonstrates the strategies that victims need to take to present their legal cases.
@PCross38115Ай бұрын
I agree with JM, if you're going to report lost wages, go ahead and report your sexual harassment. Don't wait until you get to small claims court to bring it up. Then when JM questions you about it you go to crying to make him change the subject.
@d0x5j0Ай бұрын
He probably did say those things to her. However, by her laughing it off, by her own admition, he probably had no clue that it bothered them. Moreover, his wife or lover that's with him is absolutely horrible person by saying what she said to those women. The plaintiff was clearly traumatized by the sequence of events. Smh

I believe the women, but I understand the judge’s position. If she even had a past email or text where she told a friend about the harassment it would’ve enhanced her credibility. Otherwise, the judge cannot rule out the possibility that she is making it up to appear victimized in court. As for that Karen, she and defendant deserve each other.

Y’all need to stick up for each other especially you have more than one woman working in a place STAND UP FOR EACH OTHER AT WORK. Don’t be alone with men at work. Make these men accountable get together do it together. Strength is in numbers 💪.Gather evidence together take them to task on it. It’s disgusting how easily some women will turn on another woman over a MAN 😂 lady he’s slimey asf and was extremely inappropriate no doubt in my mind, this won’t be the last time I’m betting that he will be in court with these type of allegations. Stop accepting this bad behavior as normal it’s not it’s RUDE it’s predatory it’s inappropriate it’s crude and it’s ILLEGAL. Gather the fierceness inside you gather together inform the others ! 💪 We are mad as hell and we aren’t going to take it anymore ! 💖💖💖💖 I was a patron at a bar and the boss was saying very similar things to a bartender right in front of me and I could SEE she was uncomfortable. I stood UP in the bar in front of me and I said SIR NO SIR ! Not on my watch ! And I proceeded to tell her about a job opening at another bar. I never went back either. Slimey mfrs talking dirty to young women it’s sick and extremely predatory learn to control yourselves. Ffs grow up jeez
