This series just makes me think about Vettel famously saying "everybody is a ferrari fan" and how the WRC equivalent has to be "everybody is an M-Sport fan". Iconic team, iconic history, and hopefully one still there for many years to come.

I remember going to Malcolm's dad's yard at Branthwaite when I was a kid, with my dad to take an engine out of a Granada. Malcolm was tinkering with a Mk2 Escort rally car. When I was older, I often popped up with my college mates in our dinner hour to get car parts. Amazing success story of a Cumbrian lad. Well done Malcolm 👍🏻

On wards and up wards. Love the way the team works, but you also need some luck in rallying. I'll bet Malcolm and Elaine have seen it all in rallying. I was on the tour at M-Sport last year, and the facilities are mind blowing. The Rally 1 car is basically a space from with panels. Shame they had to introduce massive batteries in the cras, its spoilt it.
