Ahh, the old Civic Hall - I remember it well. My parents used to be in Barrow Amateurs and I spent many nights hanging around during rehearsals and shows. I even appeared on the stage there once myself - in 1985 as Bugsy Malone heheh. Memories!

Does anybody else remember a toy shop called "Toys And Tales", right next to Marks and Spencers on Dalton road? I even remember the guy who ran it, pretty posh looking, always wore a shirt and tie, It can't just be me!
