Your issue with the Cheeto blender is that instructions say to hold it at a 45-degree angle when blending, but if you want to not read the instructions, that's fine. You do you.

I usually make the exact same mistake. I think Cotija is a tricky word for many native English speakers, especially since it's pronounced "Coh-tee-hah" and not "Coh-tee-jah" as the spelling would lead you to believe.

It's funny to me to watch these vids, because in all countries I've been to, the "regular Cheetos" are the puffs. You don't really find the other stuff. So like, when you ask someone to describe a cheeto, they will immediately talk about the puffs, and most likely wouldn't even know there are other types

For future reference you have to let the instant mac solidify a bit before eating, otherwise it'll be watery. This happens even with higher quality brands. I always leave it to sit for a minute or two so it's not watery and disgusting.
