Also in the process of planning/building my first koi pond would you include a bakki shower ? What are their benefits ? Was thinking of getting a nexus and another form of filtration but stuck between bakki or bead filter.

Also if you could do an alternative pond build cost substituting things like pond liner instead of fibreglass and alfagrog instead of mountain tree a cockney koi skimmer, cheap non Air bottom drain, gate valves not ball valves... You get the picture basically everything brand new (for people who don't know people and won't use second hand) and everything on the cheap ! And compare the two different prices !
