Pokemon IV's are confusing? You had a decent Growlithe at 697CP (81% IV). You then evolved it in to a 1578CP Arcanine. However, after powering it up a few times to 1744CP and then running it through the IV calculator on Pokefind, it appears that the IV drops to 54% IV. Does this not make it weaker than before? Thoughts?
